I've experienced bad services from the counter. I'm part time student.
I came on Sunday to make payment after received memo from Segi college regarding late payment. I've attempted using online transfer but it's failed so I decided to come. But ended up waited 1 hours 30 minutes with my parent as they wanna make cash payment.
Besides that, Segi participate in EPP 0% but the Segi bursary counter said that boss are not allow. Please do call cimb to cancel as participants merchant.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
